my #wodoftheday are #cardiowars with Coach @petim , sharing 2753 m rowing x 2, 11 bearcrawl, 334 #bikeerg 175 and 184 cals #airdyne , after that continued with strict press than push press (maxed at 50 kgs) and finished the 40 cals #airdyne and 40 burpees pull up at 7:01 (maybe less since i worn my glasses first before see the time) 😜 the funny thing was when @petim said “dont go crazy on the bike or else you will be crashed during the burpee pull up....i already did 38 cals”😭

Good descriptions of some big volume training today. Also an extra 20 min AMRAP with #TeamSpanishFly @selias890 & @jose_martospozo and Punch Out with @sitononih & @dikyd29. 
I do have one correction for Fajar though, I think she meant to write below that I eat for 4-5 people.

Wake up super early today to hit the gym @bengkelsnc with Chief Entertainment Officer  @scottdhanna for some super spicy workout! I didn’t think twice when he asked if there is any of us interested to be pacer for @wod_off_jakarta. The strong man competition will be held in 3 weeks (29-30 Sep 2018) in our home @bengkelsnc .
Early morning workout.
First round : 16 min amrap of max cal on airdyne while partner holds 15/20 kgs plate over head. Plus, syncronized burpee and airsquat every 50 cals. Sounds easy? No, it wasn’t at all. Beast team @scottdhanna and @randysuqihlambok beated kinyis2 team @royarkadi , @dinaaryanti and me 🤦🏼‍♀️. Those two Bengkel beasts are so strong, their strength probably equals to 4-5 average people.
Second round : 10 min of 10 laps 40kgs prowler, while other team should do amrap cal on rowing and wallball. Sounds easier than the first round? Well, lemme tell you one thing. In crossfit, shorter time only means one thing, spiciest workout you can ever ask for. It was the very first time i got light headed from pushing prowler 😂. That i can tell a one hell good workout! 
Second workout  was Challenge wod in the afternoon. Sharing all the workout as a team with strong men @scottdhanna, @selias890 and @dickyd29 , our team managed to beat Jose’s in section B, C, D (swipe left to see the menu), even though we were outnumbered. But no need to worry, it was just a game, everyone in @bengkelsnc wins as much as they lose 😝. This is what i call, saturday spent well. Drained but uber happy (thank you endorphine!) 🎉
