New month new goals!  This is the month most people give up on fitness and party like it’s their birthday!  Clean eating and exercise take a backseat to BBQs, festivals, picnics, concerts, boardwalk food, drinks, fun. We HOPE to help keep you motivated.  It doesn’t take long to pack on pounds and soon that summer body you worked so hard for is gone.  The entire month of August we will be offering FREE personal fitness assessments.  Body fat and BMI measurements will be conducted as well as our usual fat blasting workouts!  This month, instead of turning a blind eye to your body and “treating yourself”, turn on that Fitbit or smart watch to see how many calories you’re burning in class.  You’ll be more likely to eat healthier and protect your progress when you see exactly what your burning, 500-1000 calories per class, depending on the person and their level of exertion.  Instead of giving up this month and excepting more inches and pounds as par for the summer course, be smart and fight for what you want! * If your BMI is 30.0 or higher, it falls within the obese range. Body fat % over 30 for women and 25 for men is considered obese.
