What does your inner coach voice sound like during your workouts or throughout your day? Are they the same choice of words you’d use if you were coaching someone else? Sometimes during workouts just showing up and moving is the goal, other days it’s to crush something. Give 100% or what you have to give for that moment during each part of your day. That’s good enough. Develop a positive inner coach, don’t be too hard on yourself. Coach yourself the way you’d Coach others or want to be coached.
