The Blackberry Chocolate Shake contains 346 Calories, 34g Fats, 5g Net Carbs, and 3g Protein.

INGREDIENTS⠀
7 cubes ice⠀
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk⠀
¼ cup blackberries⠀
2 tablespoons cocoa powder⠀
12 drops liquid Stevia⠀
¼ teaspoon xanthan gum⠀
2 tablespoons MCT oil⠀

DIRECTIONS
1. Add 7 ice cubes to your blender.
2. Add 1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk, 1/4 cup Blackberries, 2 tbsp. Cocoa Powder, 12 drops Liquid Stevia, and 1/4 tsp. Xanthan Gum.
3. Add 1-2 tbsp. MCT Oil. This depends on how much your stomach can handle – I personally use 2 tbsp.
4. Blend it all up using the blend setting. Let it run for around 1-2 minutes until everything is combined well.
5. Pour out and enjoy!

    Start slow focus on just limiting your net carbs = carbs-fiber-sugar alcohols. 20-30 carbs a day.
