Some Ab-sessory Fun 👍 _ I sprinkled in some ab work at the end of my back session today! Here is some of what I did: 1)Plank Cable Tucks- Using weighted cables (I used 20lbs per leg)Tuck the knee center and bringing the knee to elbow 10xeach R and L. 2)Upright Seated Bicycles-Rotate and twist in a seated position, rotate to opposite knee and lower down. Repeat to opposite knee x15. 3)Toe Touch Straddles- Legs straight up touch your toes, open legs to straddle and reach through x15. 4)Threw in a few stability holds for 30sec. And added some straight leg raises for fun. Repeated this circuit 3x through! Give it a try to challenge your core in a different way!
