    Since most of the time tou have been posting sense, let me.point out that adding fiber doesnt help pooping. Infact, it constipates you more. Its like adding hair in an already clogged toilet. Having a lemonade with 2 spoons of xylitol sugar usually flushes you clean out. Try it. 🤘
