Try eating salmon (seasoned with lemon + coriander and cilantro), roasted polenta (seasoned with pepper), and roasted broccolini (seasoned with pepper). Of course, if you’re in a flare, I would suggest swapping broccolini out for some white rice or another tolerated vegetable. *

    Any idea on IBD sufferers with IBS-C most of thr time that seem to get constipated when eating most fruits and vegetables? I want to get here so bad
