My female cycle is hitting me hard this month (sorry dudes ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ) scale is only up 3lbs which surprises me because Iโ€™ve felt like a ๐Ÿณ the past 2 days lol so after little sleep last night I was notttt in the mood to workout at 6 this morning ๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿผ as I continued to force myself through each HIIT circuit I finally said โ€œLauren cheer the fuck up!โ€ ๐ŸŽ‰ hahah so cranked my fav feel good country song, went outside for a quick breather โ˜€๏ธ then finished where I left off ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ did I โ€œburn a lot of caloriesโ€? Probs not ๐Ÿคซ buuut I got my body moving, endorphins flowing ๐ŸŒˆ and my sweat on ๐Ÿ’ฆ (natural de-bloat) sooo ya thereโ€™s my little story for the day haha! ๐Ÿ‘… off for a day of travel with my meals packed ๐Ÿด shared my first live video in my WTF is coaching group (on Facebook) for those of you that have been asking what it takes to become a coach, how you make money, etc ๐Ÿ‘€๐Ÿ’ฐ if you missed it, I can still add you!     Ugh thank you for the motivation to workout during my cycle I feel so heavy and the scale can be super defeating but I'm gonna get back to it
