Tried out couple of new things today, a more upright back and a slightly higer bar placement on squats. The second thing I tried out was "Jap" grip on bench with my standard grip width. The new bench grip might be a better alternative and I felt realy explosive, and it was easier pressing optimaly.
I probably will stick to my ordinary bar placement on squats
