💪 At 74 years young, Leah Rogers decided she wanted to get stronger. She's always been active and even competed a few triathlons. In an effort to combat both the aging process and Parkinson's disease, she squats, presses and deadlifts adding a little weight to the bar each time she trains. 🎥 Shown here is an easy set of three reps with 40 lbs on the bar.
